There are several kinds of sharing, and Cove does all of them. The record shares its facts, with the heirs, attorneys, and insurers who need them. And it shares its stories, with the people standing in front of the walls. You choose who gets which, and how deep each one goes.

One collection, three doors out of it. Sharing the working record is a matter of access. Sharing the collection itself is a matter of experience. Cove treats them as the different things they are.
For the people who need the facts.
Heirs, attorneys, advisors, wealth managers, insurers. Invite each one by email, choose view or full access, set an expiration, revoke whenever you like. Each sees exactly what their role requires — the values, the documents, the schedules — and nothing more.
And when the collection passes to the next generation, they inherit the record along with the objects: what each piece is, what it is worth, where it came from, and why it mattered to you.
How access is controlledFor the people in the room.
Create a guest pass and show one code to the room. Guests scan any piece with the phone in their pocket — no app, no account — and the collection speaks: the work, the artist, the story in your own recorded voice. When they want more, they simply ask, and Ask Cove answers about any piece you shared.
You decide how deep the record opens. The essentials are always there; provenance, your reflections, or values appear only if you switch them on. And the pass expires on its own.
Collection toursFor the people passing through.
A code on the wall, and every work in the building can introduce itself. Visitors point a phone at a piece and Cove identifies it, then answers what they ask next: who made it, what else they have made, where else their work hangs. Hospitals, universities, hotels, and foundations run this across whole buildings.
You set what each audience sees, piece by piece. What you paid and what Cove estimates a work is worth stay private unless you deliberately switch them on.

Access is set by person, by piece, by purpose. The weekend guest sees the works on view and the stories you picked, never a value. Your daughter sees everything, values included, and hears every recording. Your insurer sees the schedule and nothing else.
Every grant is yours to give and yours to take back. Guest passes expire on their own; standing access expires when you say. The record never leaves your control.
